The ECO4 scheme is open to owner-occupiers in England, Scotland and Wales, who are living in privately owned homes or in social housing, or are a tenant with permission from the landlord.

Who is funding the ECO4 scheme?

In the latest government response to ECO4 it has been published you can save between £290 – £1600 on energy bills by installing energy saving measures in your home.
